They say it is a pandemic, and we must remain at home, the economy was shut down, and so the people went about their business, buying groceries and working from home, if they were lucky enough to be in a situation where they could do that. Some just waited for monetary incentives the government promised them, but what could they hope to receive once that money ran out, nobody really knew.
People went for walks, but were threatened by police, if they got too close to each other. The children were desperate to play with their friends, but they were not allowed. Some kids even cried.
And rats even took this time to do what they do best.
So the people just waited, and many ideas ran through their heads, as the bills were still due and were piling up. The layoffs continued, small businesses were struggling, and the stocks continued to sink.
Possibly with this time off, folks will reflect and see that maybe we need to change our relationship with Mother Earth.
Perhaps they can open up to the idea that these wars are pure evil and we must abolish them and get rid of these greedy men, who run these countries and always push for wars to benefit bankers, robber barons, weapons makers, military contractors, multi national corporations, and other evil forces.
Another issue that needs contemplation is to make sure that our countries are not sanctioning other countries, especially in these times of pandemics. We need to help each other and look out for each other. Also we need to push for the release of our incarcerated, especially those prisoners that are considered At Risk from this evil pandemic, that includes the elderly and prisoners suffering from serious medical conditions. These are human beings, and so we must show compassion for them, and for the thousands in immigration detention centers.
We need to focus our attention on making a better world for our kids and future generations. We must teach them to think critically and question everything. We must open the books and teach them and not omit any information. We must also not diminsh their creativity.
We must change our relationship with animals and end Confined Animal Feeding Operation's, or what some people call the factory farm system. This is a system that truely is hurting us all, a system that is breeding sickness. Animals are injected with various substances, including antibiotics which is leading to the breeding of antibiotic resistant bugs that human beings are exposed to.
It is time for corporations to be heavily regulated, these corporations are not free to pollute, they must clean up after themselves, they are not free to hurt us with toxins and these pharmaceutical companies cannot be given free reign to do whatever they want.
The hour has come to clamp down on money in politics, all this lobbying/bribes must be stopped. We must push to break up monopolies, predatory monetary institutions, and this boom and bust system, that is clearly viscious and broken. People must awaken to the class warfare that is going on right before their eyes.
It is imperative that we push for a world where there is no room for racism. No discrimination. A world where no one will get their feelings hurt because of the color of their skin, or discriminated because of their religion, and are free to love a man or a woman.
Please never stop thinking, and keep your eyes wide open, create, innovate, stay good people, because these people in power truely do not have our best interests at heart, so we must see that and keep our guard up, because those in power, have been known to abuse their power.
