markets crash, which they are bound to do in this boom and bust system,
and that is when they can buy stock for dirt cheap and real estate also becomes
very inexpensive for them, and so they live for recessions and crashes.

As people wonder why so many people are having problems having babies; we are seeing that radiation, plastic, and our diet our affecting fertility. The future may be one where people with money will get the assistance necessary to have children, and those with no money will not be able to get that assistance, so they won't have children, I recommend you study eugenics.
